IF YOU’RE NOT HAPPY FOR ANY REASON WE WILL ENDEAVOR TO RESOLVE ANY SITUATION, BY REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF ANY PARTICULAR BOX OF STEMS OR SUBSCRIPTION.

By placing an order on this website, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

ORDERING AND CANCELLATIONS

  1. Order Acceptance Policy

    All orders and subscription requests received are subject to acceptance by Stems by Tineke/Tineke Floral Designs Limited and Stems by Tineke, and any of its personnel, reserve the right to reject any order without giving reasons. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received in full, via the payment method used to place the order.

  2. Delivery of Your Order

    As a part of the checkout process you will be able to select your desired delivery date (if applicable), if left blank we shall delivery ASAP within our usual delivery times. In the case of selecting a subscription "Flower Club", we will dispatch your order on the first Thursday of every month, and delivery is guaranteed by 4pm Friday.

  3. Changes to your order

    If you wish to change your order or subscription, please contact us by 9am the day before your intended delivery date. Cancelation of your subscription is available through our website here and you may pause of cancel your subscription at any time, although you must do so by 9am the day before your intended delivery date.

  4. Subscription pricing

    The price for each subscription is the price at the time that a subscription is set up. We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to raise our prices at any time. If we raise our prices, we will notify our subscribers and provide the option to cancel your subscription free of charge.

 

PAYMENTS

  1. We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards. In order to offer the best security, all our payments are processed securely by Stripe.

  2. For all ongoing subscriptions, your credit or debit card will be billed at checkout for your first order only. For ongoing deliveries, you will be billed on a recurring basis of the week your delivery is scheduled. The amount your card will be billed in any given week will be the value of your order(s) for the given week.

  3. For all gift subsciptions, your credit or debit card will be billed upfront on checkout for the entire cost of the subscription.

  4. We never store or have access to your credit or debit card details.

 

PRICES

  1. All prices include delivery charges unless otherwise stated. All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

 

DELIVERY POLICY

  1. We deliver by DPD Courier, and our Individual Stems boxes, gift subscriptions or Flower Club subscription service are inclusive of guaranteed 4pm delivery.

  2. Saturday, Monday and Bank holiday delivery are currently unavailable for delivery of flowers, so we can guarantee the best quality and freshness of your flowers.

  3. We cannot guarantee that delivery instructions will be followed.

  4. Although we will try our best to ensure punctual delivery for our customers, Stems by Tineke cannot be held responsible if a delivery arrives late due to any circumstances impacting the availability of the courier service that we use or anything else outside of Stems by Tineke's control.

  5. In the event of failure of delivery, by 4pm of the intended delivery date. please contact us at kerry@tinekefloraldesigns.co.uk within 3 working days of your intended delivery date.

  6. Address changes must be done so by 9am the day before your intended delivery date.

 

OUR PROMISE

1. Our Flowers

  1. Our flowers are sometimes if available sent out in bud, to ensure the longevity of your Stems. Although on some rare occasions, our flowers may not travel well and the freshness or quality of our flowers may not live up to Stems by Tineke's standards. If this does become apparent, please contact us with an image of your flowers within 24 hours of receiving your Stems. Where we will give you the choice of a full refund, or replacement.

2. Returns

  1. Do to the nature of the items delivered, once your order, gift subscription or Flower Club subscription service is accepted (9am the day before your intended delivery), we cannot offer you a refund.

3. Flower Substitution

  1. All of our floral products are subject to availability. We of course endeavor to supply the flowers shown in our imagery, but from time to time seasonally or through supply issues, some flowers may not be available. We will at the time substitute an equal flower to the one unavailable and we at Stems by Tineke reserve the right to make a professional choice as to which flowers that are available will replace the unavailable flowers adequately.  

 

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS/CODES

  1. Will will from time to time, offer exclusive promotional codes, that will offer our customers purchases at discounted prices. These offers are valid from the date/time indicated and expire on the date/time described. We do however reserve the right to withdraw any promotional offer with explanation or reason and any purchases made outside of the promotional codes dates, will not be subject to the desired promotional offer.

 

PRIVACY & SECURITY

  1. Your personal and financial information is very important to us, we will at no time whatsoever share your information with any other company or persons.

  2.  Your financial information is unavailable for us to view or use, as it is securely held by Stripe.
  3. Cookies are used on our website, and are used to provide our customers with the best experience possible whilst using www.stemsbytineke.co.uk.
